Alison brings a wealth of expertise and experience in the real estate industry, with a career spanning diverse roles and sectors. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she received a BS in Accountancy and became a CPA. Alison began her professional journey at AMLI, a prominent apartment REIT in Chicago, where she devoted a decade to honing her skills in accounting, property management, and asset management.

Alison’s transition to the CMBS industry took her to Fitch Ratings, where she played a pivotal role in rating CMBS transactions. This experience became a stepping stone to her time in New York, where she contributed significantly to Citigroup’s CMBS group from 2006 to 2012. After making notable contributions to the large loan securitization team, Alison embraced a role as a loan originator, marking her presence when the CMBS market experienced a resurgence in 2010.

In April 2014, she joined Barclays, leaving an indelible mark by successfully closing over $2.6 billion in conduit loans. Alison’s journey took an exciting turn in May 2021 when she assumed the role of Senior Managing Director at Greystone. There, she directed her focus towards a diverse range of loan products, including CMBS, Agency, and Bridge lending, showcasing her versatile skill set and commitment to driving success in the real estate finance landscape.
