Her leadership abilities and expertise in commercial real estate and the CMBS industry is evident by an extensive background in CMBS special servicing, defaulted loan asset management, and real estate owned (REO). Tina has also managed third-party condo securitizations with an original UPB $2.6B

Tina is a Certified Public Accountant currently inactive. Prior to joining BCA, Tina McNeill held various roles in Finance, CMBS Asset Management, and CMBS Special Servicing over 20 years with Wells Fargo Bank. In the increasing globalized economy, Tina’s thoroughness and attention to detail has made her a tremendous asset to the team; she has modified loans with a total UPB of $8.6 billion in various CLO transactions as well as projects focused on due diligence assignments where she has been responsible for reviewing, underwriting, and identifying risk or troubled assets for high profile clients in the CMBS industry.
